Frequently Asked Questions
What revenue can I expect?Revenue depends on many factors, including bedroom and bathroom count, resort location, interior design and furnishings, and whether there’s a scenic view. Fill in our contact form and we can provide tailored estimates for your property.
What do I need to start?We recommend three sets of linens per bed and two sets of towels per accommodated guest. This ensures adequate supply if items go missing or need replacement. We provide an order proposal tailored to your budget and goals before purchase.
How long will it take to get my property live?From listing creation to stocking essentials, it typically takes from under a week to about a month. Our fastest turnaround was two days. We keep consumables in offsite storage and generally need only a few days to a few weeks for linen and furniture deliveries (if the unit is unfurnished).
Can I see guest interactions?Yes. We provide an owner portal where you can view bookings, messages, and financials across channels.
How does the payout work?We hold funds from payouts and, at the beginning of each month, transfer the difference after deducting the management fee, cleaning fee, and any supplies or services from the period. You’ll receive a detailed spreadsheet for your records.
